1. QUOTATIONS AND BOOKINGS
1.1 Valadity
All quotations provided by APS are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
1.2 Acceptance
A booking is considered confirmed only when: - The customer accepts the quotation in writing (email or SMS), or - A required deposit has been paid.
1.3 Site Access
The customer must ensure clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. If APS cannot access the site due to restrictions, locked premises, pets, or safety concerns, a call‑out fee may apply.
